Shipping policy
All items are shipped standard, or large letter mail as our default shipping method. This does not include tracking, by default. Shipping with tracking is available at your discretion
For international manifests, depending on the country you live in, the requirements may be different. For the most part, we ship items with a Men's Clothing description. Some countries do require a coded textile description, and we legally must complete that. But even in that case, it usually shows as a numerical code, such as 1123.3423.12.
All Free Shipping discount codes that are active and approved for use, will allow for free shipping discount to the customer. While different shipping methods may be offered for selection, Banff Beard Co will determine the method to ship to you. All free shipping codes are to be assumed as "Standard lettermail" as the default shipping. Tracking Codes are to be assumed to not be included with Free shipping codes. Shipping insurance will also not be provided for free shipping codes. Banff Beard Co will offer the opportunity for a full refund, in the event that a shipping code was declined. Shipping codes may be declined to due user error, fraud, public sharing of codes, hacking and guessing codes and any other reason, without explanation. To maintain use of Free Shipping Codes, customers must remain active in our store database, with a positive client account and in good standing.

SHIPPING FAQ
Banff Beard Co primary courier is Canada Post. Shipping charges (in most cases) will be determined with your purchase. Banff Beard Co reserves the right to review shipping charges and adjust accordingly if it is inaccurate or there is an error. We will attempt to notify you of any changes. Your credit card will NOT be charged without your consent (we just physically can’t even do that!). If you choose to decline our shipping method, Banff Beard Co reserves the right to cancel your order, with full refund.
- Funds are collected when your products are packed for shipping, or when orders are placed on your behalf
- Shipping charges are an estimate, and additional fees may be requested
- We do not provide product pickup services
- Banff Beard Co reserves the right to cancel any order, for any reason
- Suspect fraudulent orders will be reported to appropriate authorities
- Tracking numbers are provided to you via email, if applicable for your shipping method.
Private Packaging
Your mailing address will be present on the front. Our return address is our Post Office box, and does not indicate which store you purchased from. The content list of the package will be noted as “Men’s Clothing” wherever possible, as per shipping conditions, as dictated by your country’s import requirements.
Courier/Shipping work stoppage
In the event of a work stoppage, or strike by one of our shipping providers, we may choose to hold your order or select an alternative method to ship to you. Differences in costs will be absorbed wherever possible, but additional fees may apply. If your package has already been sent, and there is a work stoppage, your package will arrive after the work stoppage is over and service is resumed. We will not be sending a replacement as this is unfortunately out of our control.
DROP SHIPPING
Banff Beard Co may choose to drop ship from other stores. While most packages originate from our office just outside of Calgary, Canada, in the event that an item is back-ordered, or not easily available, we may make arrangements to ship directly to you. In this case, and this case only will your shipping address info be provided to our partner, solely for the purpose of shipping
